• Vendor business information: business name, address, logo, pricing
• Worker profile information: vehicle type, service radius, bank account details (via Stripe Connect)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits
• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
• Usage data: features used, orders placed, interactions with the platform

• Notification engagement data: open rates and click times for in-app notifications

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Vendors

When you place an order, we share your name, contact information, delivery address, and order details with the vendor fulfilling your order. Vendors are contractually obligated to use this information only to fulfill your service.

4.2 With Gig Workers

Workers assigned to your pickup or delivery will receive your name, pickup/delivery address, and relevant order details. Workers do not receive your payment information.

4.3 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including Stripe (payments), Google (maps and routing), and our cloud infrastructure provider. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

4.4 For Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TheTopOn IT Solutions LLC, our users, or the public.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Order records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

CleanRush uses AI-powered features including order recommendations, garment analysis, business insights for vendors, and smart notification timing. These features process your order history, usage patterns, and other platform data to provide personalized experiences.

AI processing is performed server-side. Your data is not shared with external AI providers beyond what is necessary to generate responses. Garment photos you submit for analysis are processed and not stored permanently after the analysis is complete.
